Novosibirsk

the trans-siberean train ride was very comfy and the co-passengers were very nice. However, on the last day of our travel a little boy had an """"accident""" , so i was well happy to leave the train. let me just add that for some such accidents take a lot of energy and sitting in the toilet to happen.... weird boy.

Novosibirsk - big, sort of a laidback Moscow filled with crisp, clean mountain air. The only thing that strikes me as a little different than other Russian towns is that there are quite a lot of Asian - Russians. So i'm still waiting for something "exotic". I don't want to spoil it for anybody and maybe I'm just differenet - but i was a bit let down by the whole transsiberean train experience in the nature/views-department. I was expecting to see ...... I can't say what exactly, but all i got to see were trees, forrests, oh and did i mention trees (?).

We're leaving for Altai tonight - trekking, sleeping under a tent, lack of hygiene, hungry bears and so on and soforth. Before we go we still have to visit the novosibirsk zoo. The locals tell us it's a must-see. there's supposed to be a baby siberean (white) tiger there aaaaaaaawwwwww :)

I/m off. I've gotten too lazy to writem or maybe nothing's happening (yet!)

kisses!!!!!!
